I'm not trying to slam the guy for keeping a big fish...I've done it myself, when legal. The only thing I'm questioning is whether or not it was legal to keep on the body of water he was fishing. Like I said...most of the lakes I've fished in UT seem to have the special regulation of anything over 12" goes straight back into the lake. If he did indeed make a trip to Quail Creek though which is notorious for producing largemouths that size in Utah, and that fish is over 20"...apparently it is legal to keep...anyway...it's a good fish...
