Tuna and Other Pelagic Fish Jigs
#1

Hey there jig anglers,

Here in Southern California we fish Tady, Salas, and Ironman jigs, just to name a few, for Tunas of all types, Yellowtail, WSB, barracuda, etc. We've got descriptive color combinations like dorado, mexican flag, scrambled egg, and even bird... well you get the idea.

What color combinations on jigs work well with what species that you fish? If they have a special name please throw that in too.

The East Coast crowd ought to have jigs for stripers, blue fish, tuna, false albacore, etc. please contribute as I'm interested in new color combinations to try with my new airbrush. he he

The Florida and Gulf of Mexico guys ought to have your own color combinations if you're willing to share. How about those amberjack, cobia, kingmackeral, barracuda, tuna, etc?

Thanks,

JapanRon
