I am making a trip to the Gorge, i fish there at least a couple of times a year, i have always had pretty good results fishing with needlefish ,pheobe's and Koke killer's. i recently
noticed sportsman had a selection of Rocky Mountain Tackle Lures.( a Utah Lure Company __ tailored for the Gorge?) shazaaam out came the credit card, i was giddy, momentary lose of sanity, 2 of each flavor of the serpent spoon variety. My question is has any body here ever used the serpent spoon at the Gorge with any success? I have noticed that they are quite a bit larger than most of the needlefish i have used.Very colorful and beautiful lures, just wondering if i should dunk them on my downrigger at 30 feet, or get my ears pierced and hang them from my earlobes.[
