I've worked for S-W in both retail and distribution.... so I too have just a "bit" of experience in the sporting goods industry. I do take offense to some of the negative things that have been mentioned in this thread. However, everybody is entitled to their opinions. Constructive criticism is alright by me, bashing my livelihood is not. Please keep in mind that S-W, as well as most other retailers, is currently facing hurdles presented by this economic downturn, that affects our operations negatively. As an employee, I do believe that S-W endeavors to provide great products and excellent service at fair prices. We do value our loyal customers and continually strive to make improvements. I do thank you for your support!
