I didnt pitch a fit or anything. I just told them that the B & S motor showed up, 30 minutes later I had it set up to run and it seized up within a couple minutes of running. I told them that I didnt care for the motor because it was pretty loud and didnt have an internal fuel tank (which I knew before I bought it, but didnt like after receiving it), so they asked me to get online and see if there is a different motor that I liked and the only other one they had was the Nissan so they said that they would ship it out at NO EXTRA cost and within 2 days it was here and they picked up the broke one, sooooooo........at least their customer service is good. In my case I suppose they can afford to do what they did for me since everyone else is paying HIGH DOLLAR for everything just like this post is talking about.
