I heard TubeBabe say that Mud Cats aren't really common, and when you can get any, they're practically a delicacy. So now, of course, I wanna get one!
I also heard somebody (don't remember who, since I was all 'blah'-feeling anyway) that the belly/underside of catfish is the best part.
