Old Web Site vs. New Web Site
#47
Honestly, for what really matters to me, I don't see a lot changed other than cosmetics and the fact that it takes a LOT more effort to find the section of the site that I would guess is used FAR more than anything else. That is the local forums. I can look past the ads, even deal with the font concerns, etc, etc, but hiding (even if unintentional) the local forums will likely deter new members as they aren't going to take the time to dig through the ads and crap to find the useful forums. I thought it was bad enough having these in a small font and down low on the old main page. Now it isn't on the main page at all. Don't kill the growth of your site by making it difficult to get to the most used part of the site. Yes, we have all found it, but what about new people or the people that haven't posted here yet. How many of them just gave up??
