The answer is yes. I have 2 kayaks. I have had them for about 5 yr. now. I take them up on the new river , state line of N.C. and Va. I have though of taking them to the beach but don't have enought room in the truck after packing for a week , unless I make it a trip just for that. But it is a good ideal.
