I hear you on both issues. The money to pay for future energy sources has to come from somewhere.
What brand Diesel engine do you have? What is the fuel mileage you get on it? I am thinking of buying a new truck, it will definitly be a Ford. I can't decide on the engine though. I read that in 2009, they will be putting a 4.4L Turbodiesel V8 in the F-150. That thing could get 26-28 mpg, with good power. Also, do you know the fuel mileages on the 6.8L Triton V10?
