Don't think the Fish and Game can be any more accurate than the weather man is in predicting snow fall. I do fish Treasureton quite a bit and understand these things happen. I also fish many high mountain lakes and many years winter kills happen there also. In the long run in ends up being a positive thing. New fish get to grow with out heavy competition and grow fast- especially in So. Idaho shallow fertile lakes. All will be fine and it won't be that long either.
I worry more about the trash left around and land owners saying I have had enough and shutting us out than I do about this. The F&G will never get everyone's vote for doing the right thing but I feel pretty good about the fisheries and what they provide us in So. Idaho. Well the narrows is on my ticked off list but still feel pretty good about my dollars given to the state of Idaho.
