If I could just win the lottery or something! Seriously, I'm planning to visit sometime during the next couple of years.<br><br>That Barramundi dish sounds delicious. You call that stuff Corriander, around here they call it Cilantro. It's used on just about every mexican dish you'll see. I use quite a bit of it as garnish on my "Soupa de Pescado". Quite tasty.<br><br>When's your next trip?
