As mentioned the runoff is going to be nasty. Even with the tailwaters the rivers will be running higher than most like to fish. I'd suggest the Green River, it and it's fish are use to different flows on a regular basis.
I'd suggest stillwater fishing. Take up any offer to get out on a tube, toon, or boat. [signature] |
