My wife doesn't fish, so no dice there. I think the biggest thing with that is she gets sea sick pretty easy. She's OK on the river sometimes, but she doesn't like the fact that there is no where for her to use the bathroom. LOL, you know, there are a bunch of women out there that love the sport and are willing to do what ever it takes to hit the water, including peeing in the woods or a bucket, and braving the summer heat; but my wife isn't one of them. I wish they made a fishing pill, you know, like viagra. But instead of getting in the mood for loving, you get in the mood for fishing. LMAO!!!!! I'd buy stock in it. [
] The thing is, she likes catching fish. She caught this big flat head catfish one year, and she couldn't hide the big 
she had afterwards. She'd never admit she had fun, but we all know she did. This was like a 45 pound flathead.
I know i'm ready to hit the big salty pond. I just finished doing an upgrade to my boat, and i'm more than ready. I've got a little reel maintenance to finish up, and i'm pretty much done. I'm going to install a downrigger on the boat before the season starts too. I really plan on giving the king mackeral hell this spring.
