I'm suprised they weren't trying to share the same hole if they saw you pulling fish out. I call them "power fishermen" as in "power lunch". Competitive to the max.
We were fishing the upper Salmon near Stanley last year in August. The river was down but still a few fish to catch. We came across a couple from Alabama. Both maybe close to 70. They had a large 5 gallon bucket and were keeping everything "to eat". EVERYTHING. Some 4"ers in there! We mentioned that there was a limit and a few minutes later saw them high tail it up the bank and they disappeared...
Some folks just meat fish...[unsure]
