your spring fishing and the weather effect ?

the last time i was in southern cal was in 1990 , mid july the wife says , all i remember about the ocean was that the jellyfish were everywhere ! i loved the weather , the sites , and the people . just one fantastic week long trip ! i never got to put a line out , and regret it to this day . hopefully i will be able to return again .
