Frys would be my first choice, too. Though Harbor Freight might be cheaper.
While at Frys get their hackle pliers. Frys calls them "Mini Test Clips" or "Mini Grabbers". Look in the area where they have testing instruments. They also work great for holding small flies while you tie it onto your tippet. Also does well for holding flies while you take pictures of them or show them off at a fly tying clinic.
This one is not one of the mini size but one from Radio Shack. I drilled a hole in the side of it and tied part of an old leader onto it. I made a loop with the piece of leader then glued the knot together.
It hangs on a zinger on my vest so that I can hold tiny flies while I tie a tippet to the eye of the fly.
