Congratulations. I have not had to struggle with the decision but have eyeballed all of the trash fish records (especially carp) and know that I certainly will go for it if given the opportunity. Actually there are several of us that have been stalking the carp record in our area here (S.E. Idaho) and have evidence that they are here (fish and game don't allow arrowed carp in the records but many over 40 pounds have been taken).
The only one that is border line is the "sucker" record due to the connotation that goes with it. I darn well will enter the chub if I get one and being of slender build don't care about the name callers. I have noticed most name callers and bullies to be on the large side of the line drawn around average so I guess that may explain it should someone feel inclined.
