Thanks for the update. The Preston lakes will fill up like this every year, even during a drought. The real question is how long will they keep the water. Last fall it was said the Bear River basin needs 110% precipitation to meet the water rights of farmers, hydropower, etc. Currently the Bear River Basin is 99% for snow pack and 101% for precipitation.
