Best pole and reel for bluegill/bass............catfish/carp?

I have 3 reels right now. One is a Bass pro reel the is the enticer or something like that, a zebco closed reel, and a zebco open reel. This year i really want to get some nice poles and get rid of my old ones. I want a rod/reel for catfish/carp..........bluegill/bass, (can i use the same reel for bluegill and bass?) I would like to spend under 100 dollars for the pole/reel combinations. any help would be great
