Exactically what we were doing, fishing for perch. I hope to get a better handle on what they prefer jig wise and such. If you saw my makeshift jiggers out of pvc, they dead stik till a breeze comes then they move ever so slightly. I got the idea from the Mr Jigger and then from iceshanty equipment inventions section. I like them cause they're light and break down easy.
