This is the Final up date on the party. If there are others who still want to help just bring what you want to contribute and we'll see you there. We want to give a BIG THANKS to all you do bee's that buzzed right in to help in anyway. Because of you it should prove to be a great party. We have decided that all the drawings and the cooking will take place in the parking lot. The kids will need to turn in there hand written essays saying why they like to fish and thanking sportsmans for the gifts. They will need to turn them into Pikeman between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. The drawing will begin at 8 sharp and only those who did an essay will be put in the drawing. As for the adults you will need to enter the drawing by signing up for a ticket (There will only be 1 ticket per board member) you will need to put your board name on the back of the ticket. You will be able to sign up between 8 and 10 a.m. The drawing will take place at noon straight up in the parking lot and you must be present to win. There will be a grand prize for the longest perch caught. It will be judged at the start of the drawing. If there is a tie on length we will draw among them. As for assignments they are as follows.
