Fishing in Cache Valley

What about Manua or Hyrum Dam? Anyone have any reports on those spots? I tried fishing both of them last weekend but the wind was crazy, needless to say I didn't spend much time fishing. Hyrum Dam sure looks full, which is a good sign. Last summer I caught a lot of smaller sized LMB out of Manua from the west shore.
