Getting out there on the water fishing is what counts. Any day that ends in Y is a good day. Ely and I boarded a motor boat and went right out to the three pipes with no action, went to middle by Levitz corner and had a few bites, met up with TubeN2, Pokymon, and Frank tubing in the middle. Frank said he hooked one nice trout. TubN2 passed us a couple of cold ones and we worked the middle, La Palma area, back to the pipes and even trolled. Nada. The water was murky. We tried everything but nothing worked. It's not fun when you don't even catch one. [url "javascript: top.editor_iframe.addTag('

Ely said we should have fished Huckleberry Pond for instant hook ups. LOL After all this I learned that the potential 30 pound trouts were not even in the Lake but a pond that is fished by the bank only. No float tubes or motor boats allowed. Whats up with the marketing of SARL. They lead you to believe differently. Onward to the next fishing hole.
