Looking for help with fly fishing

...great looking fly.. but still think with salmon the bi-polar worm on your hat would work.. its about the size of a clump of roe. .bright and shiny.. and if chief is using fly/bubble on a rig.. wont have to add weight.. just let it drift and slowly sink off the bubble.. but..

then again.. ive never fished Alaska or for salmon.. lol.. so just making a guess from what I have learned here.. []
