I was looking for this exact thing for a friend earlier in the week and couldn't find it either. But here is the Archery Regulation out of my Elk Hunting Proclomation from 2007.[/size][/#808000][/font]

Archery licences; Special seasons; Prohibition against Firearms; Equipment.

Bow and arrow or crossbows are permissible equipment to take game animals. No person shall hunt big game or trophy game animals with a bow and arrow or crossbow during a special archery hunting season without first obtaining an archery license and the appropriate hunting license. No person holding and archery license shall take big game or trophy game animals during a special archery hunting season or diring a limited quota archery season by the use of any type of firearm.

When hunting antelope, bighorn sheep, bloack bear, deer, mountain goat or mountain lion the long bow or compound bow hunter must be equiped with a bow of not less than forty pounds draw weight or possessing the ability to cast a hunting arrow for four hundred grain weight at least one hundred sixty yards. When hunting elk or moose the longbow or compound bow hunter must be equipped with a longbow of not less than fifty pounds draw weight or possessing the ability to cast a hunting arrow of five hundred grain weight at least one hundred sixty yards.

The crossbow hunter must be equipped with a crossbow of not less than ninety pounds draw weight which has a minimum draw length of fourteen inches from front of bow to back of string in the cocked position, and a positive safety mechanism. Crossbow bolts must be at least sixteen inches long. Crossbows are not allowed to be cocked by use of a Leverage Gaining Device. A hunter who has a physical handicap or impairment rendering the individual incapable of manually cocking a crossbow shall be allowed to use a leverage gaining device to cock a crossbow while hunting wildlife after receiving from the Department a free permit to use a leverage gaining device.

The broadhead of arrows or bolts shall be of sharp steel with a minimum cutting width of one inch.
