fishing on the anniversary

My wife and I a going to be taking a trip to the big island sometime in March and I was just wondering if someone could give me some info/advice on where and who to go fishing with. Also what can I expect to catch there and at that time of year. I should be quite a change in scenery for us. Right now the only fishing here in Utah consists if siting on a bucket on a frozen lake. Any help or comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
