Unlike, (but a very few), I enjoy eating a nice scaled-fillet of northern. What I'm interested in learning -- is, how to clean them -- The "COMPLETELY boneless" way.
Don't mis-understand me tho. the "regular" fillet with the "Y-Bones" doesn't bother me in the least [
