Hey JR, the one that takes the CD is a Mavica, made by Sony. It records directly onto mini CD-R's and mini CD-RW's. Nice option but probably not the best camera out there. I'm in the market for a decent digital camera myself but not finding any in my price range right now. [

If you are looking for something with zoom, get something that has optical zoom as well as digital - it'll give you a nicer picture when enlarged.
A good camera will run you at least $200. The one that I want costs $4000. I've got expensive taste when it comes to electronic toys. Hehe. [crazy][
