..hmmmmmm he looks to be in water that is faster around him than on the other side of the rock.. he has a fish on.. he is leaning/touching the rock probably for balance.. I would not say he is in trouble but is in the process of moving slowly thru the water to bring in his fish.. thats my two cents.. [
