Here is the real deal in California. If you could catch them on a size 28 hook(the smallest I know of) your limit would be 36 crustations in possession. Same as Sand Crabs. I can fit 36 small sand crabs in my hand. We use them four or five at a time when they are this small. I had an F&G guy make me dump my bucket of them out last year. Can you imagine how many you would need of these to get a meal? I guess we would have to ask a whale.
