Subject: Response to Your Email

Dear Mr.
Thank you for contacting us. .

While some people prefer products that have no fragrance, our research shows that the majority of our consumers do prefer fragrance. Every fragrance we use is tested by consumers and we choose those fragrances that many people find pleasing. In general, we select an aroma that is identified with freshness and cleanliness. Of course, we realize that your response to fragrances is based on your fishing habits. Unfortunately, at this time we are not manufacturing any unscented products.

We're sorry that this product did not meet your needs; however, we appreciate your feedback. Please accept the enclosed with our hopes that you will find another one of our products to your liking.

Sincerely,

Susie Swytek
