No misunderstanding at all Pat. I think that sometimes we all get a little selfish when it comes to fishing. They are olny fish after all and there are plenty of them for everyone and thier dogs.
I just think about the joy that fishing has brought me in my life and I want everyone to feel that way. No, I don't want everyone In the world fishing the places that I fish, but I'm generous about giving some good info on lakes I know a fair bit about. As long as that person would kindly give me the same respect, I'm cool. You give a little and you might just get a little. I have learned alot from this site and I like to think that I have contributed a bit also.
Overall, I think it's the ethical, respectful, and dedicated fishermen that frequent this site. Most of the disgusting bums that fish once in a while and abuse our fishing rights don't frequent these types of sites too much. That's why I feel fairly comfortable giving out info.
