[#0000ff]I will temper my comments with the acknowledgement that there are anglers who specialize in a given water and learn it intimately...and can seemingly catch fish when there are none in the lake. So...it is a fact that you CAN observe changes in a fishery and you are probably qualified to make educated guesses as to the reasons for the changes.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I would like to think that I have a pretty fair understanding of the fluctuations on some of my favorite waters, and can usually work out a pattern well enough to enjoy a measure of success. That's why it chaps me when I see some dimbulb fishing the wrong place, the wrong way, with the wrong stuff and then he whines about the poor fishing and blames DWR, the moon, his inlaws and everybody but himself.[/#0000ff]
