Since I have a friendship with Craig and Paul in the Northern Region, I decided to speak w/ Craig about (ok, I decided to beg him) doing something to protect the big fish in BC. That was three years ago. His response, which I somewhat agree with on a management level, was that Woodruff Res. was a native Cutt fishery and needed to be protected but Birch Creek was going to be left as is to provide a family fishery for the area. Considering that Scott's lake also has special regs, I can understand his point - with my head. My heart on the other hand...
