some times a caching(cashing) issue arises, let the page load then hold CTRL when you click the refresh button, it may just have an old tracking cookie...different than the temp cookies it uses to go back and forth.....this will refresh/reload/resend current info this also helps when you are not seeing the information update regularly on the screen as well, it is just a click and it re specifys the info to your PC, remember....

hold down the CTRL when you click "refresh" with your mouse....hope it helps.
