Sounds like most guys will be launching early. I plan to launch just before sunup myself.
If you haven’t done the late fall Bear Lake thing before, be sure to dress warm. My guess is that the air temps will be around 15-20 degrees.
I will be monitoring channel 16 on my GMRS/FRS radio. Around noon I will radio out the invite to bring your boats up close so we can share what ever treats you have all brought.
Speaking of treats, I have some smoked trout that I plan to share.
I am pretty sure that the snacks that everyone brings will be just that ... snacks ... not a meal. So you might want to bring a backup sandwich just in case you don’t get enough.
Theangler (Mike, owner of BFT) said that he is sending a care package of BFT door prizes to give out. We will hand them out during the lunch get together. (that is if they get here in time.)
Oh, and just one more thing ... there is a pretty good rumor that Adam Eakle of Channel 2 Roughing it Outdoors will be at the Salsa Boyz party too to try to get a few shots of you guys bringing up Mr. Big Mack.[/#002850][/size][/font]
