Hi all,
I am originally from Idaho (Rigby) and now live in Northern Utah because of work. I steelhead fish 2 or 3 times a year in Idaho. I usually fish from Middle/North fork, Salmon and all the way down to the Pahsimerio Hatchery.
I'm going with a buddy and fishing around Riggins. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the area. What river/Section it is and any general information about the area and how far of a drive it is from town to hit fishable stretches. Also where is a good place to get updates of the Steelhead runs. I have been looking at Steelheader.net and the Idaho Fish and Game web pages so far. Is there any better source to find any information on the area and run counts?
