yes we do have matches, not much of a prize tho, deffenantly not enough to pay for a plane trip back and forth.
one of the biggest carp matches is Ohio carp club, "not sure the exact name" you have to fish for carp the whole season to qualify.
most events are daily and buy ins are about $10.oo Pay out would be how ever mouch collected.
we dont have sponcers for carp the way we do for bass and walleye...
