GPS Question?

Okay here is the million dollar question. What GPS should I buy? I want one that I can load maps for water and topos of land. I also want one that I can have detailed street directions from a car. I also want one that is setup with the WAAS system. I'm looking for the best value for my money and I'm willing to spend around 300.00. Any suggestions.
