Bearclaw they can be easily aged through the first four years by looking at their front teeth. A one year old will have replaced the two center teeth in the front. The next year they replace another tooth on each side. After four years all 8 front teeth have been replaced and you start looking at the amount of wear on the front teeth. An 8 year old would have teeth with alot of wear probably most of the front teeth would be worn down close to the gum line. gshorthair
