[black][size 3]I think that the Cougar would make a good craft for moving water. A few years ago, I was fishing the lower Provo, and had three DWR employees come drifting past me on Outcast Cougars. They were checking licenses, and after checking mine, we had a little discussion about their ride. It was before I had a kickboat, and found the Cougar to be very impressive.[/size][/black]
