[black]I find nothing wrong with the Outcast Cougar.[/black]

It has all the bells and whistles, with some safety features that are not found on most kickboats. (Quad pontoons)

If there is a fault with the cougar is the use of vinyl for the bladder material rather than urethane.

Some people feel that because it has quad toons, that it has more drag than a craft with only two. I personally don't think that this is a problem.

If someone was asking me for a recommendation, I wouldn't hesitate to point them to the Cougar.
[black]PS: I'm sorry that when TD isn't on board to control the children, that every thread turns into a Romper Room.[/black]

Without having actually finned or rowed one those were my exact observations. I would have one if I only fished stillwaters. I opted for the Outcast 10 IR as I would like my craft to be riverworthy. Even though my toon also has a vinyl bladder and a metal rather than aluminum frame, I am extremely pleased wih it. It handles well with fins and responds very well to the oars.
A similar Outcast pontoon with urethane and aluminum components is out of my price range. (Or should I say the outlay would not sit well with the wife!)
