Can I freeze the fish?

The good ole Ziplock is a good idea, as was mentioned. One tip to doing it well without getting freezer burn is to fill the bag with water, add fish. Gently squeeze any excess water out with any remaining air bubbles.
It is the air touching the fish that gives it that freezer taste.[  ][signature] |
