say lone hunter yoiu may want to recheck your new fishing guide for 2003. aparently they are legal this year.

I was about to say it was funny that they are illigal when you can buy them off the bait shop shelf.

I did a double check on this before posting.

as for which one is better, hand net sein or dip net, I guess it all depends on the application.
