The MR-9 is the deep runner. That one isn't good to use in a shallow stream or fast river because it will get stuck in the rocks in a hurry.

The Countdown series will work better for that situation. You can use the deep runners in a lake either with med/fast retrieval or even low speed trolling.[cool]
