I think pike minnow are actually in the guppy/mesquito fish family. I know in the aquarium hobby they feed them small feeder fish and they hit topwater. Maybe some small rebel cricketPOPPERS? I ment to get some cricket hoppers the other day and got the poppers by mistake and they produced alot of bass and bluegill. Hopefully that might have helped you alittle.
