Went out early morning (5:30am) (probably not a good idea because of full moon). Lanched from Hemenway. Hit up a rocky cove w/ lots of drop off's just east of Hemenway and hooked up with a small largemouth. About 1, 1 1/2 lb's or so. Fished that for awhile (1 other boat caught a small striper while drifting). Shot over to Las Vegas Wash. TONS of boats in the area but we didnt see anyone catching anything. We were hoping to hit an early morning boil but nothing around. Off the lake by about 9:00am.
BTW, caught the largemouth off of a shad colored Storm Wild-Eye swimbait.
