[cool]Hey Flycasting, I actually picked up on the term from wayneswords.com website. It is when stripers, usually small ones, are slurpping shad larva, which are about an inch long, they have pushed to the surface. And yes it does look like the fish are boiling on the surface. Most times the stripers are making a distubance on the water, like ripples. But some get a little excited and start splashing around.
