Choosing The Right Ugly Stik

I was looking at a couple, and I was wondering if you think any are good for me.

I notice there are a lot of categories for the rods. Like the third link says catfish, so does that mean it is only good for cat fishing?
Also, I was looking at the line capacity and I was wondering if even though it says #-15, can you use 20lb line?
