Yup. Went and got a limit of kitties about a month or so ago, and smoked em up, and they were awesome. I didn't use a brine or anything... just spiced them up, and smoked them for about 6 hours. Threw the smoked fillets in the oven at 180* for about an hour after that. I think I am gonna skip the oven step next time and replace it with a grill step.
